Booking & Payment

Tuition sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. I reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled where possible.

Online Tuition

All tuition is delivered online. You are responsible for ensuring a suitable internet connection and device. I cannot be held responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.

Conduct

All students and parents are expected to engage respectfully. I reserve the right to terminate sessions or the tutoring relationship where conduct is inappropriate.

Results

While I am committed to supporting every student’s progress, I cannot guarantee specific grade outcomes. Student effort and engagement play a significant role in outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All resources, materials and session recordings produced by Cornerstone Physics remain my intellectual property and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
